I hope you will understand, that I have to do this: I went to see October: Ten Days That Shook the World today at the Berlinale; with a real orchestra. A new, heavily restored version, without the massive censorship from all different sides. It was awesome. The movie, the music, the whole atmosphere…it was a wonderful cinema experience! So much to take in, so much to talk and think about, so much to feel. Wow.
